Itinerary
Day 1 |
Reception at San Martín de los Andes Airport
Transfer to the hotel
In the afternoon: program briefing, distribution of communication equipment, and bike setup
Day 2 | Ride in San Martín de los Andes
We’ll warm up with one of the best local circuits, starting right from the hotel, including a visit to Lago Escondido.
This hidden lake, nestled in the mountains with no vehicle access, offers an excellent challenge to kick off the journey.
Day 3 | San Martín de los Andes to Villa Traful
30 km transfer
The tour begins along one of Argentina’s most scenic routes — the Route of the Seven Lakes.
In the afternoon, we leave the main road to ride along the shores of Lake Traful, eventually arriving in Villa Traful, where the day comes to an end.
Day 4 | Villa Traful to Lago Filo Hua Hum
The biggest challenge of the tour awaits today as we climb the Paso del Córdoba.
The reward is a stunning landscape with rock formations unique to Patagonia.
After reaching the pass, we enjoy a continuous descent all the way to Lago Filo Hua Hum, where a special lakeside experience awaits — staying in dormy cabins and spending a night under the stars.
Day 5 | Filo Hua Hum to San Martín de los Andes
From the lake, the route reconnects with Route 63, heading toward Villa Meliquina and then back onto the Route of the Seven Lakes.
Once on the pavement and past the first climb, the road becomes mostly flat and downhill, leading us all the way back to San Martín de los Andes
Day 6 | Laguna Verde
60 km transfer
To wrap up this amazing program, we’ll visit the southern area of Lanín Volcano, which gives its name to the National Park.
This diverse route features lava fields, four lakes, and scenic beaches, and ends back in San Martín de los Andes.
